Notes

Tips and Tricks
I only have low sodium soy sauce. How much do I use?
Use about 2 to 4 teaspoons of low sodium soy sauce. You can start with 2 teaspoons and then taste it as each brand of low sodium soy sauce will have different amounts of sodium.
Does this work with full fat mayonnaise? Fresh mayonnaise?
Yes, this recipe works with any type of mayonnaise. Just keep in mind that full fat mayonnaise will be heavier and may have less salt than low fat versions.
Fresh mayonnaise does not stay fresh as long as the shelf-stable versions, so your sauce/dressing may only last for a few days in the fridge.
How long does this dressing last?
This dressing stays fresh for up to 1 week in the refrigerator, though it usually doesn’t last that long in my house because we use it up quickly!
